This location is tucked in a very quiet area away from the busy Miami road but conveniently located around the corner from stores, restaurants, and small shops. The service was some of the best IHG hotels have to offer and the staff greets you and thanks you for being a member as soon as you check in. While this Candlewood Suite is currently being renovated it's coming along and looks fantastic! Some rooms already have updates, with upgraded linens and TV's. The best part for me is that there is no charge for the self-parking and they are pup-friendly. Making traveling with my pups easy and fun. I can't thank the staff enough for being so sweet to my two little Chihuahuas during our first stay here. We love it so much that this location is now one of our first picks when coming to visit our friends. We look forward to our next visit to this location soon!
Want to give an amazing shoutout to Kadlan at the front desk for helping us out when we were in a bind, she was so kind and helpful! Also, rooms were pretty clean and decent sized, nice little kitchenettes! There are laundry services onsite too as well as free parking.
Bathtub bottom felt soft, Halls and room smelled like urine, but my husband said he smelled carpet glue. Other than that, it was great
Nice and peaceful place, the room was clean and neat.. helpful front desk staff. The place is located in a good spot with most of the stores nearby. Quick access to the highway as well in a few minutes of driving. The full kitchen was very useful as we had just come back from India and we could make best use of the facilities. Has a small Gym and a pool which nobody used in the days we stayed here
Nice clean rooms with full kitchens. Pool looks well maintained even though it's winter. The only downside (for me) is it's very small parking lot that is not full size truck friendly.
Bit out of the way, you need a car. Clean room, with Dove toiletries. Comfy beds. Pool wasn't great
We have a family of six, it was very convenient to stay in one room. It accommodates great, two queens and the sofa bed. The room had a small Kitchenette. I recommend this place for your stay.
